Addidas action 3 deodorant

Persuasive techniques: The advert uses a famous footballer Zinadine Zidane to promote their new deodorant product. 

Product unique selling point: People would be persuaded to buy this product because a famous idol to some person is being used in the advert.


Lynx excite

Persuasive techniques: Lynx makes the consumer believe that if they use their product they can attract ‘Angel’ like women.

Unique selling point: The advert uses attractive women to persuade men to buy the Lynx product.


Kellogg’s crunchy nut

Persuasive techniques: The man in the advert who is buying a box of Kellogg’s crunchy nut wants to eat the cereal so badly that he just gets a pint of milk and pours the milk out on to the cereal which is on the petrol station till.

Product unique selling point: Kellogg’s makes the cereal look so irresistible that the man had to eat it there and then, it is also funny which attracts there target market.
