Mind maps, summary of facts

Mind mapping is basicaly a powerful approach to not taking and can also be known as concept mapping, spray diagrames or spider diagrames. Mind mapping is a useful technique that helps you to learn more effectivly, improves the way that you record information, and supports and enhances creative problem solving. By using mind maps you can quickly identify the structure of a subject whulst recording raw facts contained in normal note you can also see the way the pieces of information stick together. Mind maps also help you remember you gatherd information because the mind maps hold a format which your mind finds easy to recal and quick to review. Mind maps are also more compact than conventional notes, this makes it easier for you to genertate new ideas and make associations easily. Mind mapping also breaks large projects or topics down into managable chunks, this lets you plan effectivly without getting overwhelmed. A good mind map should show the shape of the subject, induvidual points and the relative importance of these points.
